We are looking for a senior Statutory Compliance professional for a contract opportunity with a leading global multinational organization based in Singapore.
This is a high-impact role supporting APAC entities across statutory reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, and process transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely & accurate statutory financial statements compliance for APAC entities
Manage external vendors and statutory auditors
Partner with Tax teams for Corporate Tax & VAT filings
Review tax-related balance sheet reconciliations (US GAAP close)
Lead statutory compliance process improvement initiatives
Coordinate APAC statutory audits and stakeholder activities
Own vendor contracting, billing, and compliance tracking
