Accountant

Job Responsibilities: Independently manage full-set accounting for the Singapore entity, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and management reporting. Coordinate with the corporate secretary on GST submissions, corporate tax estimates, and annual tax pack preparation. Manage local cash flow: review payments, monitor collections, and prepare forecasts. Maintain the integrity of the Xero accounting system, ensuring correct chart of accounts usage and compliance with booking policies. Review the overseas subsidiary's monthly financials and align data with their local accounting team. Handle inter-company reconciliations and clearing of outstanding balances. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
