2. Preparing monthly Operations Reports
3. Management fees, dividends and tax calculations
4. Compiling month end Dreyersdal packs
5. Sundry Factory / Distribution cost monthly analysis & processing
6. Updating Waste, R/kg, tonnage, gainshare schedules monthly
7. Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
8. Managing Profit Estimate File
9. Update & Completing - Distribution & African Closure Income statements
10. Capex capitalising/scrapping assets, monthly depreciation
11. Calculations, reconciling, posting HPs, update monthly HP schedule
12. Journal preparation and processing
13. General housekeeping and filing
14. Any other ad hoc related duties when required
