Accountant

Our client, a well-established and growing company based in Paarl, is seeking a hands-on and self-driven Financial Accountant to take full responsibility for the internal finance function.
This role reports directly to the Director and offers the opportunity to play a key role within the business.
This is a sole internal finance position, supported by external accountants who assist with VAT, PAYE, and Annual Financial Statements.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting (Honours advantageous but not essential).

Experience:

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar full-function accounting role.
• Experience in a commercial, manufacturing, or stock-driven environment advantageous.
• Payroll experience essential.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
