Accountant

The Accountant position at TreasuryONE reports directly to the CFO and centers on managing core accounting tasks for the group of companies. This role emphasizes debtor management, cashbook maintenance, month-end processes, reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting to ensure accurate records and regulatory adherence.

Core Duties

Manage the complete debtor cycle: prepare accurate invoices with correct VAT, issue timely statements and credit notes, resolve queries, and reconcile revenue accounts to Xero. Handle daily cashbook updates, fixed asset registers, journal entries for provisions and intercompany loans, balance sheet reviews, VAT submissions, and statutory returns like EMP201 and UIF.

Support Functions

Assist with annual budgets, variance analysis, monthly management packs, currency exposure monitoring, and audit readiness to secure clean opinions. Oversee group consolidations, tax clearances, and insurance admin while contributing to pro...
