Accountant Position at Automotive Dealership

An Automotive Dealership in Cape Town (Tableview) is looking for an Accountant to join their dynamic team.

PLEASE NOTE: You must reside in Cape Town and have some sort of automotive background!

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Must have a good understanding of the motor industry.
2. Automotive Systems knowledge is an advantage.
3. Five or more years of experience.
4. Submit daily cash flow and daily bank reconciliation.
5. Manage the debtors book (a debtors clerk is in place, but you will manage accounts over 60 days).
6. Manage the creditors book (a creditors clerk is in place).
7. Manage daily cash outstanding reports.
8. Verify and release daily payments.
9. Manage warranties.
10. Monitor warranties processed by junior accountant, ensuring claims do not exceed 30 days.
