Accountant

Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for supporting the organization's financial operations by maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards and company policies while providing reliable financial information to management.

Job Responsibilities:

• General Ledger Management
• Post journal entries and maintain accurate, up-to-date general ledger accounts
• Perform monthly account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements and supplier payments
• Ensure proper coding, approvals and timely settlement of liabilities
• Issue client invoices, track collections and reconcile AR aging
