Job Description

Join our finance team and support daily accounting operations in a Global environment.
Roles of this position include, but are not limited to:
Handling accounts payable tasks, including vendor invoices, employee expenses, and payments
Supporting VAT and withholding tax filings
Preparing journal entries and assisting with month-end closing
Performing Balance Sheet reconciliations and financial analysis
Supporting annual audit and tax-related requests
Maintaining accounting documents and handling internal / vendor inquiries
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience
Basic knowledge of VAT & withholding tax
Knowledge of Excel; Oracle experience is a plus
Fluent in Chinese; able to communicate in simple English
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
