Location Scarborough, ON 
Shift Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
Pay Range $20 – $25 per hour 
Job Summary Upstaff Employment Services is currently seeking an experienced Accountant with strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online to support a busy manufacturing and distribution plant in Scarborough. The ideal candidate is mature, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day‑to‑day operational efficiency. 
Key Responsibilities Generate and manage invoices using QuickBooks Online 
Upload invoices to the company's 3PL system for timely processing 
Issue purchase orders to the warehouse team to streamline order fulfillment
