Your Role in a Snapshot:

The Accountant – Senior Living Operations supports the day‑to‑day financial activities of retirement residences and senior living communities. This role is responsible for managing operational accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, resident billing, reconciliations, and month‑end support while working closely with residence operations teams. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and strong communication between finance and on‑site leadership. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑residence environment with competing priorities.
