Our client who specializes in Data Analytics is seeking a Accountant/Admin Assistant to assist in keeping their books in shape and ensure their admin runs smoothly.

Location: Centurion

Job Type: On site - Mornings Only

Key Responsibilities

• Capture supplier and customer invoices in Xero


• Prepare quotes and invoices for clients


• Match and upload slips and receipts so everything stays tidy and up to date


• Do bank reconciliations and make sure our accounts are accurate


• Help with monthly bookkeeping and coordinate with our external accountants


• Assist with VAT, PAYE, and other SARS submissions ,making sure we never miss a deadline
