Accountant/Finance Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an Accountant / Finance Executive to support financial operations across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, experience within the F&B or hospitality industry, and the ability to manage full-spectrum finance responsibilities including reporting, compliance, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and approve Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, staff claims, and payment vouchers in line with company policies.
• Maintain proper accounting records, including outlet sales reconciliation and expense monitoring.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities such as journal postings, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports, management accounts, and statutory statements in compliance with SFRS.
