About the Role

We’re hiring an Accounting Assistant to support payroll, invoicing, HR coordination, and financial administration within a staffing-focused environment.

This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with compliance processes, and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Invoicing

• Ensure timely processing of weekly payroll and invoicing, including PO tracking.
• Enter payroll data accurately and coordinate approvals.
• Update CRM systems related to invoicing and payroll.

Accounting & Financial Support

• Manage Accounts Payable.
• Assist with Sales Tax returns.
• Maintain and organize cloud-based financial files.
