This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping—it's ideal for someone who brings strong accounting expertise and a strategic mindset to drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and financial visibility.
You'll play a hands-on role in managing core financial functions including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll, while also contributing to the design and execution of scalable systems and reporting tools. Long-term, this position has potential to evolve into a client-facing or leadership role as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities in QuickBooks
- Reconcile accounts and support month-end/year-end closings
- Oversee invoicing, payments, payroll entries, and expense workflows
