The Role



Play a vital role as the operational backbone of a fast-growing specialist accounting services team, working closely with senior management to provide key administrative support to our staff and clients. This is more than just an admin role, but a chance to own and optimize the core systems and processes that drive our business. This role is instrumental to our day-to-day operations and success, and manages a variety of duties and responsibilities, including:

+ Client Engagements & Onboarding - Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle (including using DocuSign), manage queries and deliverable via Karbon, and coordinate client systems via Xero, Xero Tax, Hubdoc, etc.
