Manage day-to-dayfinancialaccountingactivities, includinggeneralledgerentries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closingprocessesfora US and Brazilian entity
Prepareaccurate and timelyfinancialreports, includingprofit and lossstatements, balancesheets, and cash flowstatements.
Conduct / manageaccountspayableprocess (recording and processingofincominginvoices).
Conduct / manageaccountsreceivableprocess (ensuretimelyprocessing and preparationofoutgoinginvoicesincludingdebtormanagement).
Ensurecompliancewith relevant accountingstandards, taxregulations, and internal policies.
Processtravel and otherrelatedexpenses.
Manage banking and cashflows.
Collaboratewith external taxadvisors in thepreparationoftaxreturns.
Support thebudgeting and forecastingprocess, providingfinancialdata and analysis.
