Accounting Analyst (English)

**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience with US GAAP (Unites Stated Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Ability to communicate in English fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience managing project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Oracle or SQL.
- Experience with benefit and compensation accounting.
- Experience in technical accounting, with proven investigative and project management skills to drive process improvements.
