Accounting Analyst

· Monitors and respond promptly to emails and messages received through Gmail, official Messenger, Telegram, and SMS giving priority to those requiring immediate action;

· File and submit required reports such as Transmittals, Sales Discrepancy Reports (SDR), etc.

· Monitor pricing given by salesmen to ensure compliance with the company's minimum selling price.

· Prepare analysis of shrinkage or shortages and compute corresponding charges to salesmen

· Perform monthly closing for assigned warehouse or salesman:

· Adjust SKUs with zero quantity but remaining amount to zero.

· Prepare monthly charges report for assigned warehouse/salesman and their team.

· Conduct, observe, or assist in physical inventory counts (Depot/Warehouse) and ensure correct reconciliation after the count.
