PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Accounting Analyst (AAN) plays an essential role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of Smarter Good's accounting services for a diverse portfolio of clients. They focus on accurately executing essential accounting tasks, utilizing technology to optimize efficiency and collaborating effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting and Bookkeeping

• Execute accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, expense coding, AR aging review, as collections under the guidance of the Senior Accounting Analyst (SAAN) or Associate Accounting Manager (AAM)
• Payroll administration and accounting
• Complete month-end journals, closing adjustments, and bank reconciliations
