Accounting Analyst

Accounting Analyst Job Description:- This role needs to understand the nature of the balance sheet accounts, the analysis of activities within each account, the detailed sub-ledger preparations, and monthly reconciliations.
- The individual in this role will assume general accounting responsibilities, such as, closing process in SAP / JDE.
- Preparing journal entries, such as, accruals, payroll, amortizations, factoring and analysis (AR and AP) intercompany billing among other Business Units.
- Preparing Financial Reports and Bank Accounts reconciliations.
- Coordination of Intercompany process and / or Intercompany loans and dispute resolution.
- Preparation of account reconciliations for different Balance Sheet accounts, among different Business Units.
- Identify problem areas and take corrective actions.
- This role will participate in accounting month end process assist with general ledger maintenance.
