Accounting Analyst (Start ASAP)

Responsible for inventory monitoring, revenue analysis, and compliance reporting at Toyota Bacoor Cavite.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring of Inventory (SAP and Physical Inventory)
• Performing Inventory Count
• Monitoring and analyzing revenue accounts
• Prebilling and finalized GP
• Clearing of customer's account
• Booking of accruals and other income accounts
• Providing necessary adjusting entries for income statement account
• Preparation of monthly commission for operations
• Profit and loss report
• BIR compliance report (ORB and VAT)
• Providing external audit samples
• Filing and scanning of necessary documents

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in inventory monitoring and analysis
• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong analytical skills
