Accounting Analyst

Role Summary

The Accounting Analyst ensures accurate, timely, and efficient financial operations in a fast-paced food and beverage (F&B) environment. The role covers end-to-end accounting processes across accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and cost accounting, cash and general accounting, and financial and managerial reporting, while ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare and issue customer invoices on a timely basis.
• Record daily sales, collections, and deposits from all sales channels.
• Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate with operations or sales for resolution.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of AR balances with customer ledgers.
