To support the Accounting and Admin Head in all related accounting / admin activities and functions:
Responsible in Debit / Credit Memo
To create Purchase Order for local suppliers
To create and check voucher and records billings
4.To update accounting system related to Supplier inquiry details, Customer inquiry details, payment Manual check
Updating and Monitoring of Accounting reports (Sales, Purchases, Payment Collection, Bank Reconciliation etc.)
. To monitor and create Employees' Daily Time Record
To prepare, release and keep Employee's payslip
To check and monitor Office and pantry supplies
To maintain and update Bulletin board
To request monthly supplies and other related benefits, award etc. of employees.
To file and maintain records and documentations for efficient storage and retrieval.
