Accounting and Operations Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)

2. Billing preparation

3. Knowledge of Cargowise System

4. Customer Service Oriented

5. Ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously

A. BASIC RELATIONSHIP

Reports to the Cebu Branch Manager

B. QUALIFICATIONS

1. A graduate of Marketing or any Business-related course

2. At least 1 year experience in logistics industry

3. Experience in billing preparation, cost monitoring, and shipment profitability analysis

4. Knowledge in import/export documentation

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
