Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Captive Operations Group team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Accounting and Reporting Supervisor you will be responsible for accounting, regulatory compliance and administrative functions for a portfolio of captive insurance companies and other clients.
We will count on you to:
Prepare financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP in an accurate and timely manner for portfolio of clients
Reconcile and post insurance transitions
Calculate reserves
Track and post claim activity
Valuate Investment portfolio
Post all transactions needed for monthly closing in accounting system
Ensure completeness of information received for monthly closure
