Accounting and Transaction Advisory, Senior Associate

Job Summary

The Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team at PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to support clients through complex financial reporting issues around transactions and other transformational events.

Responsibilities

• Support the team and clients through capital market transactions including IPO readiness, BAR Reports, pro forma financial statements, and other market transactions.
• Support various accounting change projects such as GAAP conversion, implementation of accounting policy changes and new accounting standards.
• Assist deals teams with accounting implications on specific transactions: buy side, sell side, valuations, business combination, consolidation accounting, divestitures, etc.
• Prepare complex accounting calculations, quarterly/annual financial statements, and management reporting to drive insights.
• Research technical accounting matters as requested by the manager.
