Accounting Assistant- Accounts Payables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting- related field is required.
• Non- accounting degree holders may be considered if they have at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Preferably one year of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or finance- related job.
• strong attention to detail and good with numbers.

Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor payment request and invoices from suppliers and contractors.
• Work with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to clear up issues with invoices, payments or account balances.
• Keep records and supporting ledgers organized and up to date.
• Take on other accounting- related tasks as assigned
