Accounting Assistant

Job Description:

• Records all payments/disbursements in check or cash.
• Keeping accurate accounting entries in a timely and organized manner.
• Handles bank reconciliation.
• Processing of reimbursement claims in accordance with company policy.
• Processing of payroll.
• Process and monitor all staffing and status changes including new hires, allowances, transfers, promotions, and other amendments to compensation and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements.
• Prepares government remittances forms (BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig)
• Maintains records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating, and purging.
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to Head of Finance.
• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results and variance reporting.
