Accounting Assistant

Job Title: Accounting Assistant (Reliever, with potential extension based on performance)

Responsibilities:

• Directly reports to the Treasurer and the President/General Manager.
• Prepares all required vouchers, payments, and taxes due (SSS, Philhealth, PAGIBIG, BIR, SEC, etc.).
• Prepares vouchers and checks for payroll.
• Assists the External Auditor during ANVIC visits for auditing.
• Coordinates with the Accountant in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Maintains books of accounts and schedules in coordination with the Accountant.
• Summarizes project expenses relevant to taxes and licenses for management reports.
• Prepares and ensures that all vouchers and payments are processed properly and efficiently.
• Works with the Treasurer to ensure the timely disbursement of funds.
