Accounting Assistant - Fall Student

TRIO is looking an Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team in the Edmonton office. This position is a flexible part-time to full-time, hourly position for the months of September – December 2026 that is subject to the approval of the Venture for Canada Grant.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist with verifying invoices for accuracy and completeness, matches purchase orders to invoices

+ Assist with processing, code, total, batch, enter, verify and reconcile accounts payable invoices and shipping waybills

+ Assist with preparing A/P cheques for sending out (attaching remittance notices, stuffing envelopes, etc.)
