Accounting Assistant (Hiring Immediately)

Accounts Payable Clerk. Accounting Assistant. NextStep Recruiting is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk/Accounting Assistant to help a small manufacturer in the N. Dallas/Farmers Branch area with a long-term contract assignment. Job duties include 3-way match AP invoice processing at a fairly low volume, check runs, scanning, opening mail, answering phone calls, and helping out with other office paperwork as needed. Candidates should have:

• 1+ years of full-cycle, AP invoice processing experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills with Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork mentality and willingness to help where needed
