About Us: We are a fast-growing frozen food wholesaling company looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our finance team, mainly in accounts receivable management and payment follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Record daily business transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Monitor and control customer accounts according to approved credit limits and payment terms.
• Prepare and issue monthly customer statements of account.
• Maintain and update the accounts receivable aging report.
• Assist in resolving payment discrepancies and reconciling customer accounts.
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure timely payment collection.
• Support general accounting tasks as required.
