Job Description

We are looking for a detail-orientedAccounting Assistantto join our Accounting Department. The role supports daily accounting operations including voucher processing, financial record maintenance, fund disbursement, and remittance of payments to government agencies. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vouchers and review supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Record financial transactions and maintain books of accounts in line with company policies.
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Perform billing, collection, and document filing as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inAccounting or related field.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
