ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Accountable for the examination and evaluation of the company processes on store sales, inventory, operating practices including documentations.
• Assist in developing or suggesting efficient internal controls such as processes and procedures in the store/branches
• Create an audit plan, implementation of audit plans by visiting the stores/braches, and conducts follow-up audits
• Prepares and present reports regarding findings and develop recommendations on how to strengthen internal controls
• Responsible for training employees on new systems related to store sales documentation and controls approved and for implementation.
• Reporting findings to management with regards to discrepancies in the store
• Participates in meetings with individuals and departments to update audited parties on findings and the audit process
