Accounting Assistant

The role is responsible for preparing billing and managing accounts receivable, including monitoring, recording, and posting cash receipts to the accounts receivable sub-ledger. The position handles daily cash management duties such as recording bank deposits, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and ensuring accurate documentation through scanning, filing, and logging of accounting records. The role also monitors and follows up on outstanding receivables by coordinating with clients via telephone, email, and written correspondence. In addition, the position supports other accounting and finance team members, assists with inventory management and cost accounting, and performs other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
