The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain accurate financial records, which include accounts payable and receivable, payroll, income audit, fixed assets and taxation.
The Hotel Accounting Assistant or Finance Clerk also plays a key role in the hotel's budgeting and forecasting process. They work closely with management to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvements in operational efficiency and overall financial performance.
This position may also be responsible for administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
