Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and reports

Encode and monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions

Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports

Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities

Organize and maintain accounting files and documents

Provide support during audits and compliance requirements

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
