Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly handle the accounting of all transactions .

• Monitor inventory transactions and inventory variances.

• Prepare monthly summary of inventory transactions for monthly financial presentation.

• Prepare accurate month-end close reports and financial statements, call out problems detected

• Filing and payment of various BIR tax requirements, preparation of schedules and reconciliations

• Compliance to tax regulations, licensing requirements

· Payroll and Timekeeping.

Candidate Requirements:

• A BS Accountancy degree.

• With 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting

• Experience in at the following functions: AP, AR, Inventory, Tax, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Loans, Payroll, Income, Expenses

• Advance excel skills and with knowledge on any accounting programs
