Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant supports the organization by managing cashier data, maintaining accurate inventory records, performing stocktaking, and preparing financial reports to ensure the company's records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and inventory management
• Familiarity with accounting or POS systems (experience with Nelsoft is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Tech-savvy and computer literate
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to work independently
• Strong communication skills for reporting discrepancies and findings
• Experience in retail or inventory-based accounting is an advantage.
• Able to work on-site in Noveleta, Cavite
