Accounting Assistant

Job Description

• Administer, organize and maintain the financial records in compliance with government rules and accounting laws
• Encodes and ensures completeness and checks the accuracy of all accounting transaction records
• Process and monitor payments to different service providers/suppliers
• Responsible for petty cash disbursements, liquidations, replenishment and reconciliation
• Ensures compliance in all policies pertinent to accounting transactions

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Accounting Management, Financial Management, Management, Accounting Technology, Mathematics and other relevant business course
• With at least six (6) months of relevant experience in accounting job-retail business
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
