• Checking of bank deposits
• Verify the tenant's payment online and check deposit
• Payment posted to the leasing system
• Manual posting of payment to renter's ledger
• Prepare the tenants statement of account
• Prepare a letter of increase and submit it to the administrative staff for contract updates
• Prepare a letter regarding the tenants
• Prepare checks and vouchers
• Sending monthly reports to the accountant (collection and vouchers)
• Monitor unpaid tenants
• Check the tenants move-in and move-out forms
• Confirm the needed materials for unit repair
• Prepare the purchase order
• Prepare the tenants final settlement
• Prepare a daily maintenance routine
• Coordinate the unit's status and repairs
• Monitor the quarterly inspection of the roof and gutters
