Accounting Assistant Manager (CPA) - Subic

1) Financial Leadership & Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Plant Head, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

• Provide financial insights to support decision-making on pricing, capex, make/buy, and capacity planning.

• Lead financial planning, scenario modeling, and profitability analysis for products, customers, and projects.

• Challenge assumptions and drive performance improvement initiatives across the plant.

2) Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning for manufacturing operations.

• Develop financial targets and KPIs; track performance vs budget and drive corrective actions.

• Consolidate plant financials and present insights to regional or corporate finance leadership.
