Job Description
● Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
● Participate in preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
● Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
● Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
● Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
● Manage cash flow and oversee banking operations.
● Collaborate with department heads to manage costs and improve financial performance.
● Undertake any other responsibilities or special projects as assigned by management.
● Train, coach, and supervise finance team members on accounting procedures and systems.
● Continuously review and improve accounting processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and industry best practices.
