About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join the dynamic team at LUXE ASIA PROPERTIES INC'. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations by providing efficient and accurate bookkeeping and accounting support. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
2. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
3. Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure financial records are accurate
4. Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
