Accounting Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Accounting Staff plays a key role in the finance department by assisting with the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This position involves various accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting. The Accounting Staff ensures accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and adherence to internal controls and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• College Graduate.
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related course.
• 0 - 1 year actual experience in Internships or entry-level positions in Accounting Department.
• Knowledge in basic accounting principles and practices.
• SAP/Quickbooks knowledge is an advantage but not required.
• With CPA, Bookkeeper or relevant certifications are an advantage but not required.
