Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a detail–oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working with numbers and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording, organizing, and maintaining financial transactions
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, vouchers, and billing statements
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handle payroll preparation and disbursement as needed
• Check, verify, and reconcile accounting records and documents
• Encode data into accounting systems or spreadsheets
• Assist in preparing financial reports and other related accounting tasks
• Perform clerical work such as filing, scanning, and document handling
