Accounting Assistant

Headcount & Job location:

• (1) Waltermart Bicutan

Qualification:

• Preferably, the candidate is near the area of deployment.
• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business related course.
• Accounting internship experience is a must.
• Experience and knowledge in accounting functions.
• Experienced in store accounting operations is an advantage but not required
• Good analytical and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately count and record daily sales
• Prepare bank deposits and manage the store's small petty cash fund.
• Input daily transactions (sales and expenses) into the accounting system.
• File and organize all receipts and invoices neatly for quick access.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
