We're Hiring: Accounting Assistant (Hybrid – Medellín)
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to support our finance operations. This is a hybrid role based in Medellín, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and has strong experience in accounts receivable and financial operations.
What You'll Do:
Manage daily cash applications and bank reconciliations
Process and maintain accurate accounts receivable records
Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, collections, operations)
Assist with audits and financial reporting
Support process improvements and internal controls
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of experience in accounting, Accounts Receivable Clerk AR, or finance operations
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations
