We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with a strong operational mindset. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate account reconciliation and effective follow-up on outstanding balances. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow by identifying discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and
professionally communicating with clients regarding collections when required.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy between invoices, payments, credits, and balances.
▪ Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and resolve billing or payment issues in a timely manner.
▪ Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and track overdue balances.
