Accounting Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy
• Recording, analyzing and posting of accounting transactions.
• CPA passer or certified Bookkeeper is an advantage.
• Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedure within a particular field.
• Can perform with minimal supervision and can work independently.
• Familiar with or knowledgeable about QuickBooks.
• Preferable to have at least one year of experience working as a bookkeeper or accounting assistant, but fresh graduates are invited to apply.
• Able to start right away
• Willing to work on-site in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains all sets of books of accounts (Sales and Purchases Books, Cash & Disbursement Books, Journal & Ledger Books)
• Prepared profit & loss statements, financial conditions, and Cash flows
